Do you ship to my country?
We proudly ship worldwide to our global community of style enthusiasts. Please note that shipping is excluded for a limited number of remote regions (including some areas in Asia). The most accurate delivery options will be shown at checkout.

What are my shipping options and costs?
We offer two streamlined options to suit your needs:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal for a balance of speed and reliability.
  • Complimentary Shipping (FREE on orders over $50): Shipped via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for the considered shopper building their curated wardrobe without rush.
*Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing.
How long does order processing take?
Every order is carefully handpicked and quality-checked at our hub. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your item is dispatched and tracking information is sent.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
For orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by your local customs authority upon arrival.
