• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
• Process: Initiate your return via email (details below). We do not offer direct exchanges—please return the original item and place a new order.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request (Within 15 Days)

Email our customer care team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”. Please include the following details in your email. You can use the template below for convenience.

Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions

Within 2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return address. Do not ship the return without this RMA number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service). You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any potential customs duties for international returns.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse (located at 2248 Memory Lane, Chicago, US 60606), we will process your refund.

• Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 10 business days of warehouse receipt.
• Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
• Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.

To ensure you receive your desired size or color as quickly as possible, we currently handle exchanges through a return-and-reorder process:

1. Follow the return process above to send back the original item.

3. Your refund for the original item will be processed separately as outlined.
