- Cost: A flat fee of $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
- Cost: Complimentary on all orders over $50.

Returns & Exchanges
We design every piece, from our Iconics leather bags to our Express Yourself sneakers, to be a perfect expression of you. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is designed with the same spirit of effortless elegance.
Our Return Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Process: Initiate your return via email. We do not offer direct exchanges—please return the original item and place a new order.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the return.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity and hygiene of our most personal items, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings & Pierced Jewelry (for health and safety reasons).
- Final Sale Items (clearly marked as such during promotional events like our Festival Edit or Fall/Winter 2025 preview sales).
- Any item that is not in its original, saleable condition (with tags removed, worn, altered, or damaged).
Please Note: Items such as Bag Charms, Belts, Hats & Caps, and other accessories are returnable provided they meet all the condition criteria listed above.
Step-by-Step Return Process
1 Initiate Your Return Request (Within 15 Days)
Email our customer care team at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
In your email, please include:
- Your order number.
- Item name, SKU/product code, and size.
- Reason for return.
- Confirmation that the item is unworn and in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Your preferred resolution: refund to original payment method or store credit.
- Your full name and shipping address for the return authorization.
2 Receive Your Return Authorization & Instructions
Within 2 business days, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including our return address. Do not ship your return without this RMA number.
3 Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service). You are responsible for the return shipping costs and any potential customs duties for international returns.

4 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we will process your refund.
- Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal) within 10 business days of warehouse receipt.
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
- Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or PayPal’s processing times.

To ensure you receive your desired size or color as quickly as possible, we handle exchanges through a streamlined return-and-reorder process:

- Your refund for the original item will be processed separately as outlined.
